  • We do not claim ownership of tasks or content you submit but may use anonymized data for service improvements.

8. Service Availability & Updates

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may update PolyTask periodically and are not responsible for any data loss from updates.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • PolyTask is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or suitable for all business needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Elder Goose, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 6 months (or $50 if no payment has been made).

11. Termination

We may terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
